NOTE:
- The rebate for early payments shall be subject to change from time to time and is
presently 12% per annum.
- An Amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) for a 1 BHK apartment,
Rs. 1,50,000( Rupees One lakh fifty thousand) for a 2 BHK apartment and Rs. 1,750,00/-
(one lakh seventy five thousand) for a 2.5 BHK apartment, shall be paid as and when
demanded by the company towards installation/ connection of electricity/ water/
sewer services and for other incidental charges.
- The yearly simple interest payable on IBMS shall be determined by the Company as
per the applicable rates on "one year" Fixed Deposits accepted by the State Bank
of India at close of each financial year on 31st March.
- Stamp duty and Registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment
as applicable.
- The Company would pay compensation to its customer @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft of the Super
Area of the Said Apartment per month for any delay in handing over the product beyond
the committed period of thirty six months from the date of execution of the agreement.
Similarly, the customer would be liable to pay charges @ Rs. 5 /- per sq.ft of the
Super Area of the Said Apartment per month if he / she fail to take possession within
30 days from the date of the Company offering the possession.
- The Applicant shall be required to pay an amount of Rs 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand
only) towards the club membership fee as and when demanded by the company. The Applicant
shall be liable to fill in the form for the membership and shall be bound and abide
by the terms and conditions of the club. The membership fee shall be for five (5)
years or such other term, as specified in the detailed term and conditions for the
membership of the club. However, the actual usage will be payable as per the usages
and services availed by the Applicant(s).
- Any other taxes/levies/charges, as and when imposed by the statutory authorities,
are payable on demand.

to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive.
