  1. Prices and Payment Plan indicated above are w.e.f. 30.06.2011 and are subject to revision fromtime to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
  2. Service Tax / any other tax, if applicable, would be payable by the Applicant(s) as per demand.
  3. Government Charges include External Development Charges, Infrastructure DevelopmentCharges, Infrastructure Augmentation Charges, any other charges.
  4. Balance 90% of Government Charges are payable in installments as elaborated in the Plot Buyers'Agreement, i.e., 10% of Govt.
