- The rebate for early payment is presently @ 10% per annum and shall be subject to
change from time to time.
- The yearly simple interest payable on IBMS shall be determined by the company as
per the applicable rates on “one year” Fixed Deposits accepted by State Bank of
India at the close of each financial year on 31st March.
- Stamp duty & Registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment
as applicable.
- The Company would pay compensation to its customers @ Rs.10 per sq.ft. per month
for any delay in handing over the product beyond the committed period mentioned
in the Independent Floor Buyer’s Agreement . Similarly, the customer would be liable
to pay holding charge @ Rs.10/- per sq.ft. per month if he / she fails to take possession
within 30 days from the date of the company issuing notice of possession.
- External
Development Charges will be recovered at the following rates for each Independent
floor:
for Independent Floors on 225 Sq. Mtr. Plot : Rs. 2110/- per Sq. Mtr.
for Independent Floors on 250 Sq. Mtr. Plot : Rs. 2220/- per Sq. Mtr.
for Independent Floors on 420 Sq. Mtr. Plot : Rs. 2510/- per Sq. Mtr.
which have been calculated as per current rates, and which shall also be paid by
the Intending Allotee (s). In case of any upward/ downward revision thereof by the
Govt. agencies in future, the same would be recovered on prorata basis from the
Customer.
- Infrastructure Development Charges will be recovered at the following rates for
each Independent floor:
for Independent Floors on 225 Sq. Mtr. Plot : Rs. 260/- per Sq. Mtr.
for Independent Floors on 250 Sq. Mtr. Plot : Rs. 280/- per Sq. Mtr.
for Independent Floors on 420 Sq. Mtr. Plot : Rs. 310/- per Sq. Mtr.
which have been calculated as per current rates, and which shall also be paid by
the Intending Allotee(s). In case of any upward/downward revision thereof by the
Govt. agencies in future, the same would be recovered on prorata basis from the
Customer.
- In addition of the Total Price, the applicant shall pay an amount of Rs.30,000/-
(Rupees Thirty thousand) towards Club Membership Fees for 5 years, Rs.6,000/- (Rupees
Six thousand) for Annual Club Charges, Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) towards
Refundable Security of Club, on offer of possession.
